Buyer’s Premium & Payment Terms
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of all auction items.

Total (Cash Payment): $115
Total (Card Payment): $118 (includes 3% processing fee)
All high bids are legal, binding contracts and all sales are final. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with NO guarantee, warranty, or possible refund written, expressed, or implied. The working or running condition of an item may not be known or stated in the description. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect items in person during store hours. No bids can be withdrawn once placed, for any reason. Descriptions and photographs are provided as a guide, but not guaranteed. GR Treasure Bids and its agents are not responsible for errors or omissions.
Auction closing times are approximate. GR Treasure Bids reserves the right to close early or extend auctions at any time at its discretion. Dynamic bidding is in effect: if a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes, the auction for that lot will extend by an additional 5 minutes. This process repeats until no bids are placed within the final 5-minute window.

All items must be paid for and picked up within 5 days of the auction closing.

A storage fee of $2 per item per day may apply after the 5-day period. Items not picked up within 14 days of auction close will be considered abandoned and may be resold with no compensation due.
Payment is due within 48 hours of auction close.

Unpaid invoices after 5 days may result in loss of bidding privileges or further action.
6% Michigan sales tax applies to all orders unless a valid tax exemption certificate is on file.
Shipping is not available unless specifically stated in the lot description. All items are local pickup only unless other arrangements have been made.
