1. A credit or debit card is not required for registration, however is required prior to placing a bid.
2. The credit or debit card will remain registered with your account until either 1) the card expires, or 2) you add a secondary card and then remove the primary card.
3. There is no cost to register or place bids.
4. There will be a temporary hold placed on the credit or debit card you add to your account during validation of the credit or debit card.
5. The amount could range from $.05 to $1.00.
6. The temporary hold will be released by your issuing bank card within 72 hours.

Collection

Credit card information, if provided during registration, is stored securely by Authorize.Net, not on

our servers. We also collect your IP address when you register and when bids are placed. Cookies

are used solely to keep you logged in and are not used for tracking. No third-party cookies are

Use

PII is used for internal business only. Driver?s licenses confirm bidder age eligibility. Credit card info

ensures payment ability. Phone numbers allow us to contact you about bids. Email or physical

addresses may be used to inform you about auctions (if requested). Your IP address is logged for

liability tracking. You may opt out of communications at registration or by contacting us.

Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your PII. However, if GR Treasure Bids undergoes a business transfer,

sale, or merger, your data may be transferred but will remain under this policy?s terms. We may

share information with service providers as needed or when legally required. Internally, access to PII

is limited to employees with proper security clearance.

Security

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption during transmission. All stored data (except credit

card info) is secured on database servers that are firewall and password protected. User passwords

are encrypted with AES-128. Credit card info is stored with Authorize.Net, which uses multiple layers

of encryption and intrusion protection.

Although we take extensive precautions, no system is 100% secure. You can help by protecting

your password and logging off shared computers.

Children?s Privacy

Terms & Conditions of Use

Welcome to grtbids.com. This is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "bidder") and grtbids.com

("Auction Co." or "we"), a licensed operator using the Online Auction Software system developed by

Online-AuctionSoftware.com, Inc.

1. Eligibility to Bid

You must be at least 18 years old to register or place bids on grtbids.com.

2. Bidding & Auction Conduct

grtbids.com reserves the right to ban any buyer or seller for misrepresentation, non-payment, or

inappropriate conduct, at our sole discretion. Bidders who fail to complete a purchase may be

permanently banned and subject to legal action.

3. Payments & Restocking Fee

Invoices must be paid in full by the specified deadline. Partial payments are not accepted. If not

paid, a non-refundable restocking fee up to 20% (minimum $25) of the total purchase price may be

charged to the card on file. Items not paid for or removed on time may be considered abandoned or

forfeited, and grtbids.com reserves the right to resell them.

4. Buyer's Premium

All purchases are subject to a buyer's premium, the percentage of which varies by auction. This will

be clearly listed on the auction's information page. Accepted payments include Visa, MasterCard,

Discover, and American Express.

5. Item Removal & Storage Fees

All items must be removed by the specified deadline. Failure to do so may result in storage fees

charged per item, per day, and a 20% non-refundable restocking fee may be charged. Abandoned

items may be resold.

6. Sales Tax

All bidders are subject to 6% Michigan sales tax unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.

Out-of-state bidders must also pay Michigan sales tax unless otherwise stated.

7. Seller Bidding Rights

The seller or Auction Co. reserves the right to bid on any item to meet reserve requirements.

8. As-Is Sales

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. No warranties or guarantees are made,

either express or implied. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items during designated viewing

periods.

9. Dynamic Bidding Extension

Auctions use a 10-minute dynamic bidding feature. Any bid placed within the last 10 minutes of an

auction will extend the closing time by another 10 minutes. This continues until there are no bids for

a full 10-minute period.

10. Right to Terminate Purchase

If grtbids.com is unable to deliver an item free of liens or defects, we may cancel the transaction and

refund the buyer. No further compensation will be provided.

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Venue shall be in Ottawa

County, Michigan.

12. Indemnity Clause

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless grtbids.com and its affiliates from any claims, damages,

or losses resulting from your participation in auctions or your use of this site.

13. Use of Site & Disclaimers

This site is provided "AS IS, WHERE IS." grtbids.com makes no warranty that the site will be

error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the site is at your own risk. We are not responsible for service

interruptions or inaccuracies.

14. Limitation of Liability

grtbids.com shall not be liable for any damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from use of

this site or participation in auctions, even if we are notified of the possibility of such damages.
